Gibsons Puzzle – I Love Gardening – 1,000 Piece Jigsaw
Bougth this as a gift or ny girlfrends mum who is into gardening and she loved it. Really good comedy on the picture.

I usually LOVE this series of jigsaws – ‘I love……’
However, this one seemed to lack the humour of most of the others AND seemed to lack the huge detail of most of the others too.
With the others, it feels as if each piece you pick up has something going on in it.
This one however is green…… and green………… and green…….
…………….. and that’s about it!
Not one I’d recommend personally but, I am sure it would suit others.
As always the jigsaw pieces itself are of high quality as it seems all Gibson’s ones are.

If you are buying this puzzle for an adult, there isn’t a problem, but if you’re buying it for a young child, try first to get a good-sized view of the picture on another website. Some of the images might not be suitable for some people. (Eg: the well-proportioned parachutist about to land in the gardn with the words ‘Blue tits’ emblazoned across the parachute.)
Overall, the design is good and is drawn very much in the style of a busy cartoon with lots of funny little areas, events or signs.
However, when viewed as a small-scale image, you might assume that this is mostly a picture of a great many gardens and that isn’t always the case.
