When I recived this item, which came very speedily and in good time, it was missing one of the snappers which keep the duvet inside. There are only three of them and they are plastic and very cheaply added to the textile. On the other hand, the item was not terribly expensive, but I would still expect some product life. I managed to find the broken sections of the snapper inside the duvet. I stuck them on with super glue and keep fingers crossed; I haven’t washed it yet but I am not too happy with the quality of the fabrication.
